而(er)數(shu)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的指令(ling)是由程序員根(gen)據(ju)工件的材質、加工要求、機床的特性和(he)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)所規(gui)定的指令(ling)格式(數(shu)控(kong)(kong)語言或符(fu)號)編制的。數(shu)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)根(gen)據(ju)程序指令(ling)向伺服裝置和(he)其它(ta)功能(neng)部(bu)件發出運行或終斷信(xin)息來控(kong)(kong)制機床的各種(zhong)運動。當零件的加工程序結束(shu)時,機床便會自動停止(zhi)。任何一種(zhong)數(shu)控(kong)(kong)機床,在其數(shu)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中若沒(mei)有輸入程序指令(ling),數(shu)控(kong)(kong)機床就不能(neng)工作。
機(ji)械加工(gong)的機(ji)床的受控動(dong)作大致包括機(ji)床的起動(dong)、停止;主軸的啟停、旋轉方向和轉速的變換(huan);進給(gei)運動(dong)的方向、速度、方式;刀(dao)具(ju)的選擇、長度和半(ban)徑(jing)的補(bu)償(chang);刀(dao)具(ju)的更換(huan),冷卻液的開(kai)起、關閉等。
數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)一開始就(jiu)選定具有復雜型面的飛機(ji)零件作為(wei)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)對象,解決(jue)普通(tong)的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)法(fa)難以解決(jue)的關鍵(jian)。數控(kong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的最大特點是用穿孔帶(或磁(ci)帶)控(kong)制(zhi)機(ji)床(chuang)進(jin)行自動加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
由于飛(fei)(fei)機、火箭(jian)和發動(dong)機零(ling)(ling)件(jian)各有(you)不同(tong)的特點:飛(fei)(fei)機和火箭(jian)的零(ling)(ling)、構件(jian)尺寸大、型面復雜;發動(dong)機零(ling)(ling)、構件(jian)尺寸小、精(jing)度高。
